As a small boutique destination wedding planner, I pride myself in providing spectacular events with a personalized touch. I offer full service wedding planning and design. The core of my business is creating strong connections with my clients. We serve limited couples each year to provide an unparalleled experience.

My clients are the source of my inspiration. I never want a wedding to feel like a carbon copy of something that’s already been done or seen on a blog or magazine. I love designing weddings from my couple’s unique love story, family traditions, cultural backgrounds, and personality. I believe in creating a fun, stress-free wedding planning experience as a team. I work in tandem with my couples to plan an unforgettable wedding none of your guests will forget.

My style is organic and timeless with a touch of boho. I want every space I design to feel warm and inviting so every guest and couple feels welcome when they walk into a room I’ve designed.

We specialize in both destination and local weddings including McCall, Sun Valley, Boise and beyond! Many of our brides are from out-of-state, and we consistently provide top notch services to our brides to make planning a destination wedding a breeze.

“Working with Sam was absolutely the best decision that my husband and I made during our wedding. We ended up with the wedding of our dreams, and all our guests commented on how seamless the guest experience was. Sam helped us create beautiful and unique designs for both our Friday and Saturday nights, and introduced us to really fantastic vendors - all of the vendors in her network were great, but I have to give a special shout out to the florist, band, and after-party DJ she connected us with. She clearly has a great relationship with and reputation with the vendors in the area.

She managed all of our wedding planning easily despite the fact that we were working with her remotely, and she was managing a wedding in Sun Valley from Boise. We also made the decision to have a 200 person wedding at a private residence instead of a regular venue, which added a TON of extra complexity that she managed with grace. She was always so upbeat and helpful, and managed all the stakeholders (myself, my family, my in-laws, the vendors) in a way that was professional, consistent, and pleasant! If I had one word to describe our wedding day, the word would be MAGIC. When we decided that we wanted to get married in Sun Valley, ID, we quickly realized that we needed a Sun Valley wedding planner desperately. We are from Portland, OR and having someone who knew vendors in our price range and could guide us through the wedding planning process from afar was critical for us. When we met with Sam Gray via zoom, there was instantly a connection. She was attentive, kind, patient, and listened to all of our dreams and concerns about our wedding day. She wants to get to know you so she can bring your vision to life. From navigating covid, to helping us choose vendors that stayed within our budget, to keeping us on track and on schedule throughout the planning process, to navigating the larger than expected guest count; Sam took on each challenge and surprise like it was nothing. When I tell you that nothing went wrong on our wedding day, literally NOTHING went wrong. And that is all in credit to Sam. In addition to the planning part, one cannot forget about her incredible design skills. Sam is incredibly talented with design. She took that request and created a beautiful space to make it feel like they were there watching over us. August 20, 2022 was the best day of my life and I have Sam to thank for that.
